TruCash Group of Companies (dba Tru Inc.) is a B2B Fintech/Payments company that provides digital wallets, Prepaid Cards (CA) and Debit Cards (US).
Project Overview
A B2B SaaS platform to give companies autonomy to load their prepaid cards at their store-level, which was white-labelled for use with other clients.
It has 5 levels of authority/views, reports on all user activity, including failed logins, and an auto-replenish feature to top up card inventory.
It needed to be simple enough to use with minimal training and fully translated to English and French.

FINAL PRODUCT
I designed the user flows through Figma, developed the front-end with BootStrap, wrote all UX Language, defined the FAQ section, coordinated with developers for all back-end development, and liaised with a translator to have all sections (including error states) translated.
It is currently being used by clients such as Mobile Klinik and Oxford Properties.
