TruCash Group of Companies (dba Tru Inc.) is a B2B Fintech/Payments company that provides digital wallets, Prepaid Cards (CA) and Debit Cards (US).
Project Overview
A B2B SaaS platform to give companies autonomy to load their prepaid cards at their store level, which was white-labelled for use with other clients.
It is a bilingual, multi-tenant web app supporting card loading, inventory management, and fraud tracking for B2C clients.
It needed to be simple enough to use with minimal training and fully translated to English and French.

FINAL PRODUCT
I designed the user flows through Figma, developed the front-end with BootStrap, wrote all UX Language, defined the FAQ section, coordinated with developers for all back-end development, and liaised with a translator to have all sections (including error states) translated.
This program launched in October 2022 and directly contributed to a $300M program win.
